Biz Kid$

Hey everybody! I just changed my blog around a little, I was wondering if you liked it. I do!

There's this thing called Biz Kid$. It's where kids ages 8-15 who have a "business", go and write a 50-250 word essay.  You go to a Landmark Credit Union, and ask for the Biz Kid$ form and  they'll give it to you. all entries are due by August 31st. You include your essay, and at least one picture. for more details you can go to: http://www.landmarkcu.com/. First prize: $500.00 twards your business and 2nd, 3rd and 4th place prize: $100.00 twards your business. and there are seven runner-ups, I am entering my buiseness,

Tie Dye

Everybody's heard of regular Tie-Dye, but have you heard of tye dye with sharpie's?
It's really cool!! Here's a list of the few items you will need:

• A 100% cotton shirt
• at least two colors of sharpie's
• 91% rubbing alchohol
• something to put in between you shirt so the ink doesn't soak through.

Directions:

• put the alcohol in the spray bottle, and put whatever you have to put in between your shirt, well, where else than in between your shirt.
•  take your sharpies and draw circles, or squares of all different colors. Remember to use a lot of ink because it is like your dye.
• when you're done drawing, spray the shirt with the alcohol. to have the ink run down the shirt more, hold the shirt upright while you spray it, to have the ink spread out less, lay it down while you spray it.
• wait about 15 minutes for it to dry, then put it in the dryer on high (heat) for about 15 minutes.

I have found that drawing circles on your shirt instead of squares and spraying it while it's on the ground rather that holding it upright looks cooler. but it your choice.

hey! i just went to Black River Harbor this past weekend with my cousins, it was SO fun!!!! we went to SandStone Falls, & swam in the river, and jumped off a like 6 ft. cliff. I want to go agian!!!!!!!!!

Blondies!!

hello! If you like cookies, or brownies, you HAVE to try theese! They're called Blondies. here's the recipe:

1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
NOW MIX TOGETHER
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
NOW MIX THEESE TOGETHER WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS
1 cup of chocolate chips (mix theese in too)

Spread batter into greased 9X13 pan.
bake at 350 degrees (ferenheit) for 18-20 minutes.

now, the MOST INPORTANT PAART: lick all the spatulas, and bowls and stuff, and then eat the blondie's!!!!!

Swim Party

HEY!!!!

just yesterday, i had a swimming party with 5 of my friends, I was so fun!!!!! who knew 6 girls could be as loud as 3 out of tune trumpets!!??!? Even though it was raining and cold-ish, we went swimming twice, and we did Kareoke, did HSM3 (high school musical 3) Dance on our PS2, and we ran arould in our court in the rain, we had s'mores, and icee's, It was a LLLOOOTTT of fun!!!
I wish my friend Andrea from up north could have come!! :( but she lives like 4 hours away.
